Job Summary

Bluebenz Digitizations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates for an International B2B Inside Sales role in the IT sector.

The candidate will be responsible for making international calls to the provided database, explaining our products/services, convincing potential clients, arranging product demo meetings, and generating business opportunities.

Freshers are welcome Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Make international B2B calls using the provided database.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Convince prospects about the product/service and its benefits.
- Schedule product demo meetings with interested prospects.




- Follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain calling and lead records.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.

Internship & PPO

First 3 Months:
Internship
₹10,000/month stipend
Training will be provided.

After 3 Months:
Successful candidates may receive a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) and be converted to
