THE REAL ONE — YOUTUBE & INSTAGRAM

What we need: A hands-on social media manager who can own day-to-day publishing and growth across our podcast

ecosystem. The role combines content planning, platform optimisation, coordination and performance review;

editing/design will be handled with the respective team.

YOUTUBE – MAIN PODCAST

• Full podcast publishing: title, thumbnail brief, description,

chapters, SEO, scheduling and final upload checks.

• Track CTR, retention, watch time and traffic sources; refresh

weak or older episodes when required.

• Maintain playlists, channel presentation and a clear release

workflow with the creative team.

CLIPS & SHORTS

• Identify the strongest moments from every podcast and brief

editors with timestamps, hooks and content angles.

• Package Shorts and long-form clips for discovery and move

viewers naturally towards the full podcast.

• Track which topics, guests and formats repeatedly perform

and use those learnings in future releases.

INSTAGRAM – 2 ACCOUNTS

• Plan,



schedule and publish Reels/Stories/posts with solid

hooks, covers and captions.

• Monitor reach, watch time, shares, saves and follower growth;

build repeatable formats from winning content.

• Use Instagram strategically to support podcast discovery

without making every post promotional.

PERSONAL & VERTICAL CONTENT

• Manage Deep Verma personal-brand content and Acharya Ji

social content as separate content identities.

• Turn shoots, behind-the-scenes moments, opinions and

podcast footage into relevant short-form content.

CONTENT PLANNING & TRENDS

• Maintain one practical weekly/monthly calendar covering

podcasts, clips, Shorts, Reels and collaborations.

• Track relevant trends across spirituality, paranormal, tantra,

supernatural and adjacent categories.

• Share timely content opportunities with editors/designers and

keep publishing deadlines on track.
