About the Role

We’re looking for a
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Mumbai.

You will be the bridge between our brand and our customers — helping customers discover the right products, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the quality and personality of Eridani.

This role goes beyond answering queries. We’re looking for someone who can
understand customers, take ownership of their concerns, and turn everyday interactions into positive brand experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries across relevant communication channels




- Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, orders, and other purchase-related questions
- Manage customer concerns, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase support
- Resolve issues with empathy, speed, and attention to detail
- Follow up with customers proactively and ensure concerns are taken through to resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and fulfilment to address customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
- Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate useful insights to the team
- Help improve customer service processes and the overall customer journey
- Represent Eridani’s brand voice and values across every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or a similar customer-facing role
