Key Responsibilities -

Dashboard Management & Analytics – Centrally oversee significant nursing dashboards like Nursing Practice Outcome Indicators (NPOIs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Nursing Operating System (NOS) across all units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights.

Audit & Compliance – Drive NOS audits, bimonthly nursing reviews, accreditation and IHH MAQ updates, ensuring adherence to protocols and performance improvement initiatives.

Nursing Administration and Management Tools – Lead deployment and compliance of Smart Roster, NEAT (Nursing Efficiency & Allocation Tool), and other digital tools, facilitating training, orientation, and monitoring outcomes.

Onboarding & Induction – Coordinate induction of senior nurses and nursing leaders (CNO/DCNO/ACNO/Educators/ICNs), monitor Virohan checklist completion, and ensure timely closure of mandatory training modules.





Policy & Framework Development – Ensure uniform application of standardized nursing policies, guidance documents, JDs, privileges, CATs, and training frameworks

Event Planning & Representation – Plan and coordinate major nursing events (e.g., Nurses Day, Guardian Angels at Work), MSOG meetings, and MMA presentations, liaising with units and external stakeholders.

Unit Visits & Handholding – Conduct audits, share findings, best practices, support units in process implementation, accreditation readiness, and continuous improvement through on-ground guidance and follow-ups.

Manage Corporate CNOs Office – Executive calendar management, scheduling and coordination of vendor engagements, and planning and facilitating visits of senior leaders and external stakeholders.
