- Knowledge of Red bin analysis on daily basis & Corrective & preventive action.
- Knowledge of up-dation of rejection & rework records.
- Knowledge about 4M change control.
- Knowledge of House Keeping (5S), Pokayoke & Kaizen.
- Knowledge of Measuring instruments like Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Bevel Protector.
- Knowledge of CMM Machine (Arco cad software)
- Knowledge of Calibration of Measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of Layout inspection.
