Job Summary

The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure effective front desk operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Verify guest information and process payments accurately.




- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room availability and readiness.
- Liaise with Engineering and other departments to resolve guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliation, and shift handover documentation.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality education are welcome to apply.
