The Role

We’re looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager

who is data-driven, commercially sharp and focused on
delivering measurable growth

for clients.

You will manage performance marketing across multiple clients and industries, working across acquisition, conversion and retention, with KPIs varying from awareness and leads to bookings, sales, revenue and ROAS.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across
Meta Ads and Google Ads

.
- Manage and optimise
Amazon Ads accounts

, including campaign setup, keyword/product targeting, budgets, bids, optimisation and reporting.
- Work on
Amazon A+ and e-commerce optimisation





in collaboration with creative and client teams.
- Develop performance strategies across websites, marketplaces and other e-commerce platforms.
- Work with
CRM channels including Email and WhatsApp

for acquisition, retention and reactivation.
- Experience with
Klaviyo and OptCulture

is a strong bonus.
- Set
targets, projections and budgets

, and own performance against agreed numbers.
- Analyse performance, identify gaps and continuously optimise towards business goals.
- Have a proven track record of
driving growth and measurable results for clients

- Work closely with creative and content teams to provide clear requirements based on performance data — including hooks, formats, messaging, CTAs and creative testing needs.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
