- Key Responsibilities: Job description includes, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Job Description
- Execution of production plan
- Time study management for each product
- Maintaining the Records as per plan
- Data entry in ERP system related to production
- Shift-wise manpower planning and execution
- Weekly production summary report to Plant Manager
- Maintain 5 S on shop floor
- 100% check of the products before dispatching document and maintaining the
- records
- Generation of work order and Test certificate
- On time and tools maintenance
- Incoming and Outgoing materials Quality document preparation
- Maintaining daily ISO 9001:2015 Documentation for Production and Quality
- Onsite service, as and when required

Key Skills
- Educational Qualifications B. E /Diploma in Engineering
- Branch Mechanical
- Work Experience 5 – 7 years.
- Knowledge Knowledge of Machine shop & Assembly shop.




- Problem-Solving Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems during day-to-day
- work-related activities.
- Communication Skills (English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling
- effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and agile work
- environment, taking ownership of tasks and meeting project
- deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
- external partners to achieve common goals.
- Computer Skills (Minimum)
- MS office, (knowledge of CRM and ERP will be an added
- advantage)
- Ethical standards Highest Level
- Ability to work in a Team Ability to work in a team and shop-floor environment
