Role Description
The Content Creator Intern will support the development of digital and educational content that aligns with Industry Ready Academy’s training programs and brand. This full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar involves planning and producing written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, websites, and learning materials. Day-to-day tasks may include researching topics, drafting posts and articles, creating basic graphics or presentations,



assisting with video scripts or short reels, and updating content based on feedback. The intern will collaborate with trainers and the marketing team, help maintain content calendars, and contribute ideas to improve engagement and learner experience.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in content creation, digital media, and education-focused communication.
- Basic skills in writing clear, concise, and engaging content for online platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn content planning and scheduling.
