The Chance

We are hiring a PTE & IELTS Trainer to own outcomes for a portfolio of candidates preparing for two of the world's most widely accepted English proficiency exams. This is a high ownership role for someone who treats every candidates's score like it is the only thing that matters.

What You Will Own
- Deliver best-in-class classroom and online instruction across PTE and IELTS (Academic & General), covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Design structured, data informed lesson plans and continuously iterate based on student performance
- Run mock tests, score them rigorously, and deliver feedback that moves the needle, not generic notes
- Own each candidate's score trajectory: track progress, diagnose gaps, and adjust strategy until the target score is hit
- Stay ahead of evolving exam patterns, scoring algorithms, and AI-b
