Project Coordinator Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Civil Engineer to manage the refurbishment and development activities of Anganwadi Centres.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate civil repair, painting, flooring, electrical work, furniture restoration and other refurbishment activities.
- Conduct site visits and monitor contractors, vendors and service providers.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, need assessments and project reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities for required permissions and approvals.
- Manage project timelines, quality and safety at project sites.
- Organize training and capacity-building activities for Anganwadi and ASHA workers.
- Coordinate community engagement and employee volunteering activities.




- Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, trainers, vendors and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil/project coordination.
- Experience in NGO/CSR/community development projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of civil repair, refurbishment, construction and site supervision.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, estimation and DPR preparation.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is required.
