Job Purpose:
To conduct training batches for participants as per the prescribed course guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for participants.
- Address participant queries and provide training support.
- Evaluate and guide helper painters regularly.
- Ensure participant engagement during training programs.
- Support dealer meets, teaser trainings, and on-site training activities.
- Arrange and manage training materials and resources.
- Record material consumption after each training session.
- Conduct site visits to understand painter requirements and provide support.
- Monitor site hygiene and quality standards during visits.

Candidate Requirements:
- Positive communication and training skills.
- Experience in training, paints, construction material, or related industries will be preferred.
- Sales experience
- Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
