Role Description

The
Mechanical Engineer
is a full-time, on-site role based in
Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India
, responsible for ensuring the reliable and productive operation of mechanical equipment and systems across the plant.

The role involves monitoring mechanical equipment performance, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment failures,



and supporting improvements in plant reliability and operational efficiency. The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process, utilities, and project teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as
pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, centrifuges, dryers, compressors, piping systems, valves, and rotating equipment
; diagnosing mechanical issues; conducting root cause analysis; coordinating repairs and overhauls; maintaining equipment records; and supporting installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.

The role will also involve coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers while ensuring adherence to plant safety, quality, and engineering standards.
