Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Content Marketing Associate to support our marketing and digital communication initiatives. The role will involve creating engaging content, managing digital channels, supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and contributing to lead-generation and business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive understanding of digital marketing, creativity in content development, and an interest in using AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal and technical teams to understand products and services and convert technical information into clear, relevant,



and audience-friendly content.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, content opportunities, and market insights.
- Manage social media content and engagement, website updates, marketing assets, and basic SEO activities to strengthen the company’s digital presence.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and prepare basic reports using relevant metrics and insights.
- Analyze campaign and audience data and recommend improvements to increase engagement, reach, and lead-generation effectiveness.
- Support webinars, exhibitions, product demonstrations, events, launches, and other promotional and marketing activities.
- Assist pre-sales and business development activities, including lead generation, cold calling, prospect follow-ups, lead qualification, and meeting coordination.
