Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) : Sales | Client Acquisition | Lead Generation Location: Jaipur Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with strong communication can apply) Industry: Service-Based / Education / IT / Content Services Key Responsibilities ● Lead Generation through cold calling, email outreach, and references ● Client Acquisition and conversion of leads into paying clients ● Handle complete Sales Cycle: lead → discussion → negotiation → closure ● Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team ● Client Relationship Management for repeat business and retention ● Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets ● Maintain follow-ups and pipeline management Required Skills ● Business Development ● Lead Generation & Conversion ● Client Handling & Relationship Management ● Negotiation & Deal Closure ● Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) ● Target-Oriented Approach ● Basic Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Email Writing, Internet Research, CRM tools)
