Creator/Artist Onboarding Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

We’re looking for a proactive Creator/Artist Onboarding Executive with prior experience in artist/creator onboarding. Candidates who have worked with travel creators or influencers will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in artist/creator onboarding
- Solid understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and onboard relevant, high-potential creators/talent
- Good knowledge of brands, categories, and influencer-brand collaborations
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators
- Proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and meet onboarding targets

Key Responsibilities:




- Identify and approach potential artists, influencers, and content creators
- Manage the complete creator onboarding process, from initial outreach to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
- Research and identify emerging/high-potential talent across relevant categories
- Understand creator profiles and match them with suitable brand collaboration opportunities
- Maintain an updated database of creators and their relevant information
- Track onboarding progress and achieve monthly targets
- Stay updated on creator trends, content formats, and influencer marketing opportunities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
