We're hiring someone who treats growth as equal parts spreadsheet and instinct — comfortable owning a P&L-level; CAC/LTV model, but also willing to bet on a creative angle before the data fully proves it out. You'll own D2C growth end-to-end: performance marketing, content-commerce, retention, and the numbers that tie it together.

What You'll Own
- Performance Marketing: Run and optimize Meta/Google campaigns against a target CPL/CAC; you'll inherit an existing creative framework (H.V.U.L. formula, 24-ad matrix) and be expected to evolve it
- Unit Economics: Own AOV, contribution margin, and reorder rate — know that break-even needs 5+ packs/order and build strategy around that constraint
- Content-to-Commerce: Work directly with the founder content engine to convert organic reach into D2C orders — this is our biggest CAC-reduction lever, and you should be hungry to exploit it
- Retention & LTV: Build repeat-purchase flows (WhatsApp, email, subscription/bundle tests) to push beyond first-order economics
- Channel Expansion: Evaluate quick-commerce (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart)



and marketplace (Amazon) as parallel growth arms once D2C unit economics stabilize
- Reporting: Weekly growth dashboard — CAC, blended CPL, contribution margin, cohort retention — direct to founders

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in D2C growth/performance marketing, ideally FMCG/F&B;/snacking category
- Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and basic SQL/Excel-level cohort analysis — you should be able to build your own dashboards, not wait for someone else's
- A track record of at least one channel or campaign you scaled from scratch, with real numbers to show it
- Comfortable in a founder-led, quick-iteration environment — small team, high ownership, weekly experimentation cycles
- Bonus: experience with quick-commerce onboarding, subscription/bundle models, or influencer-led content commerce

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Full CAC/CPL/contribution-margin dashboard live and self-serve
