We are hiring a Marketing & Strategy Head to lead brand growth, marketing execution, revenue strategy, and P&L-focused; business growth for Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative, data-driven, and capable of building strong marketing plans that directly support revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
- Own revenue growth plans, business targets, and P&L-driven; marketing initiatives.
- Plan campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.
- Work closely with leadership to define business goals, growth plans, positioning, pricing, and market strategy.
- Track revenue performance, campaign ROI, cost of acquisition, conversion rates, and profitability metrics.
- Manage social media, content, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and campaign calendars.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and campaign performance.




- Build and manage marketing budgets, reports, KPIs, and monthly growth plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Lead, guide, and manage the marketing team to ensure timely execution and robust business results.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, strategy, growth, brand management, revenue growth, or business development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, paid campaigns, lead generation, and sales funnels.
- Experience with revenue ownership, business planning, budget management, and P&L; tracking is preferred.
- Ability to create and execute marketing and growth plans independently.
