- Driver must be on time, follow the daily schedule, and wear the proper uniform.
- Driver to check personal hygiene and vehicle cleanliness before taking the van. Any issues must be reported to the SO/Sales Manager immediately.
- Driver to check or verify pollution test, RTO/fitness test, insurance, tax, and next service date before taking the van.
- Load and unload goods safely, checking quantities and product condition.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
- Assist sales team with market feedback, stock availability, and competitor activity.
- Return unsold or damaged goods as per company procedure.
- Establish strong customer relationships and resolve basic customer queries or complaints in alignment with brand development goals.
- Drivers must be notified in advance regarding your leave for efficient route allocation.
