Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging UPSC classes for Prelims and Mains.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures and study material.
- Develop MCQs, Mains questions, answer-writing exercises and tests.
- Explain concepts using current examples and relevant case studies.
- Evaluate students' answers and provide actionable feedback.
- Mentor students and track their academic progress.
- Stay updated with UPSC syllabus, examination trends, PYQs and current affairs.
- Contribute to test series, revision programs and academic content.
- Guide students on answer writing, time management and examination strategy.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong command over the relevant UPSC subject.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills
