Power Platform / Azure Support Engineer
to support a key customer,
Ford
, across platform administration, Azure infrastructure, DevOps, security, deployments, and production operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure infrastructure, DevOps/release management, security administration, and production support
.
? Key Responsibilities
- Support
workplace provisioning, configuration, and administration
across customer environments.
- Configure and administer
Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
platforms.
- Provide operational support for
Azure infrastructure
and related services.
- Support
DevOps activities and release management
, including deployment and release coordination.
- Manage
security and access administration
, including user access and permissions.
- Perform
monitoring and operational support
to ensure platform availability and stability.
- Execute deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Provide
production support and incident resolution
, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor and manage
capacity, performance, and platform health
.
- Maintain accurate
infrastructure and operational documentation
.
- Support
operational handover
and ensure smooth transition of solutions into production support.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve technical issues and maintain service reliability.
? Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Platform administration
.
- Experience with
Microsoft Copilot Studio
configuration and platform support.
- Strong experience supporting
Azure infrastructure and cloud environments
.
- Experience with
DevOps and release management processes
.
- Experience managing
deployments across multiple environments
.
- Strong understanding of
security, identity, access, and permissions administration
