This role involves managing and developing a portfolio of secured direct lending relationships, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and growth within the secured finance sector.

Job Responsibilities:**
- Proactively identify, originate, and onboard new secured direct lending clients, meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored secured financing solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and presentations for internal credit committees, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of secured direct lending facilities, including interest rates, collateral requirements, and covenants.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signs of credit deterioration,



and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including credit, legal, operations, and product teams, to ensure seamless client service and deal execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the secured finance landscape.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
