We are looking for an energetic and target-driven *Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor* to join our AI Digital Marketing training institute.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, explaining our AI Digital Marketing programs, and converting interested prospects into enrollments.

*Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.*
Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads

* Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses

* Explain AI Digital Marketing courses, curriculum, certifications, internships, fees, and placement assistance

* Follow up consistently with interested students

* Convert qualified leads into course enrollments

* Invite students to attend demo sessions and counselling sessions

* Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in CRM or Google Sheets





* Update lead status and maintain accurate student information

* Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets

* Follow up with demo attendees for enrollment

* Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents

* Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team

* Provide regular reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions
