Job Summary

We are seeking a
hands-on Architect / Technical Manager
with solid full-stack expertise in
React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and .NET
. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, lead engineering teams, and actively contribute to development.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive
scalable architecture
for web applications
- Hands-on development across frontend and backend
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers
- Design and build
high-performance SSR/SSG applications using Next.js
- Establish best practices for
code quality, testing, and CI/CD
- Collaborate with product and business teams for solution delivery




- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Frontend:
React.js,
Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)
- Backend:
Node.js, Python, .NET Core
- Deep understanding of:
- Modern React patterns (hooks, context, state management)
- Next.js routing, middleware, and performance optimization
- Experience with
microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of
REST APIs / GraphQL
- Experience with
cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of
SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with
CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Leadership & Management
- Experience leading engineering teams (5–15 members)
- Strong mentoring, code review, and design review skills
- Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication

Nice to Have
- Experience with
Salesforce integrations
- Experience in
booking/travel/e-commerce platfor
