Role Description
The Sales and Distribution Manager is a full time, on-site role,



responsible for driving sales performance and managing distribution operations for BEYOND WATER’s portfolio in the region. This role oversees channel-wise sales execution across retail, and other relevant outlets, ensuring product availability, visibility, and compliance with brand guidelines. The manager coordinates with distributors, trade partners, and internal teams to plan and implement sales strategies, manage inventory and logistics, and track performance against targets. Day-to-day activities include monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular market visits, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role also involves preparing reports, forecasting demand, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring disciplined execution aligned with premium brand positioning.

Experience Level Required:

8 – 10 Years of experience in the Liquor Industry
