Role & responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for vendors and ensure a seamless vendor experience.
- Assist vendors with onboarding, documentation, and compliance with company procurement policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of purchase orders (POs).
- Monitor order fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage exceptions and resolve procurement-related discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including order details, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Ensure vendors adhere to quality, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor vendor performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams including warehouse, finance, and operations to resolve procurement-related issues.




- Provide timely insights on procurement challenges and suggest solutions.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and procurement-related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong operational orientation with a willingness to work on the ground and solve problems proactively.
- Fluent in English and Kannada.
