We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead our real estate group's marketing efforts in Mohali. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement while collaborating closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential & commercial projects.
- Strengthen brand positioning through digital & traditional marketing.
- Manage PR, media relations, and industry networking.
- Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage the marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10- 20 years in real estate marketing.
- Education: MBA/PG in Marketing or related field.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
