Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors ECP Support Consultant with deep knowledge of country-specific payroll for South Africa, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Australia, and the UK9’Valuable to have USA Payroll). The consultant will provide L2/L3 support, issue resolution, and enhancement services across the ECP landscape. This includes ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and resolving day-to-day payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)



for the following countries:
- South Africa
- Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Australia
- United Kingdom (UK)
- Analyze and resolve payroll issues, including retro-calculations, pay results, off-cycle payments, and statutory updates.
- Work on incident tickets, change requests, and minor enhancements.
- Ensure local payroll compliance and coordinate with country-specific payroll teams or vendors.
- Support replication issues between Employee Central (EC) and ECP via BIB (Business Integration Builder).
- Debug payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage type configuration for the supported geographies.
- Liaise with time, benefits, and finance teams to troubleshoot integration points.
- Assist with RBP reviews, audit logs, and role access issues.
- Participate in monthly payroll runs, parallel runs, and reconciliation activities.
- Support year-end activities like payslips, tax forms, and audit reports for each country.
