- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to joining.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Employee ManagementManage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
- Coordinate employee confirmations,



transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain appropriate exit documentation.
- HR OperationsMaintain employee databases and personnel files.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee turnover, and staffing.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
