Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting customer demands.
- Plan and coordinate shifts to optimize productivity, minimize delays, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks, resolving issues promptly, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management as Shift Incharge or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manpower handling, shift planning, shift management, and warehousing operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
