We are looking for a Senior Associate - Digital Marketing to drive and scale our B2C acquisition engine.

What you'll do
- Manage and optimize
performance marketing campaigns

across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Own campaign performance against
CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversions and acquisition targets

.
- Plan budgets, audiences, targeting and campaign structures to drive efficient growth.
- Analyse campaign and consumer data to identify opportunities for
better performance and scale

.
- Lead
creative, audience and messaging testing

to improve CTR, conversion and acquisition efficiency.
- Work with Content and Design teams to develop and iterate
high-performing performance creatives and UGC

.
- Optimise landing pages and conversion journeys in collaboration with Product and other teams.
- Track the consumer funnel from




acquisition → activation → conversion

and identify key drop-offs.
- Explore recent digital channels, audiences and acquisition opportunities.
- Work closely with
Product, Analytics, Content and Design

teams to improve overall marketing performance

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / User Acquisition.
- Prior experience in a
B2C / consumer-facing business is important

.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads and Google Ads

.
- Strong understanding of
CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV and attribution

.
- Experience with
campaign optimisation, audience segmentation and A/B testing

.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from
planning → execution → optimisation → reporting

.
- Strong understanding of digital consumer behaviour and acquisition funnels.
- Experience in
EdTech, consumer internet, D2C, m
