Role Purpose

The Senior Manager - Fraud Control Unit (FCU) will be responsible for managing fraud reporting, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and coordination with internal stakeholders to strengthen fraud risk management practices across the organization. The role requires expertise in the banking and financial services industry, regulatory reporting, data analytics, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit fraud-related reports to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) within stipulated timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of fraud reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources for audit and regulatory review purposes.
- Coordinate closely with Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of fraud and risk-related reports.




- Conduct fraud risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and mitigation measures.
- Prepare and present detailed management reports on fraud trends, risk assessment findings, control effectiveness, and compliance status to senior leadership.
- Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks, and potential control gaps using data mining techniques.
- Support investigations by providing analytical insights and reporting related to fraud incidents.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices related to fraud risk management.
- Drive continuous process improvements in fraud monitoring, reporting, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skilled certifications in Risk Management, Fraud Examination, Internal Audit, or Compliance will be an added advant
