About DSIJ

Dalal Street Investment Journal (DSIJ) is one of India's established equity research and investment media brands, serving retail investors through financial content, research and investment advisory services.

Role

We are looking for a Market Content Lead who can own DSIJ's market content agenda and ensure timely, relevant and credible coverage of developments that matter to investors.

The ideal candidate should actively track the Indian stock market, companies, sectors, corporate announcements, quarterly results, IPOs, regulatory developments and other market-moving events, identify strong story opportunities and drive content from idea to publication.

This is an ownership-driven financial content role, not a conventional content-writing position.

Key Responsibilities
- Track Indian stock markets, companies, sectors, corporate announcements, results, IPOs and regulatory developments.
- Proactively identify newsworthy stories and investment-relevant content opportunities.
- Decide what should be covered immediately and what requires deeper analysis.




- Convert market developments into accurate, explicit and investor-friendly articles.
- Add financial context and investor perspective rather than simply rewriting news.
- Work with writers and content resources to ensure fast publishing.
- Monitor article performance, traffic trends and audience behaviour to improve content decisions.
- Use AI tools for research, news discovery, drafting, summaries, data extraction, headlines and SEO.
- Work with internal teams to develop AI-assisted content workflows and improve publishing efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of financial accuracy, editorial quality and credibility.

Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in financial content, business journalism, investment media, equity research content, financial research or related areas.
- Strong understanding of the Indian stock market, companies, sectors and financial terminology.
