Role Purpose:

Responsible for leading the end-to-end talent charter for UrbanGaon by driving talent acquisition, talent management, payroll operations, HRMS management, succession planning, employer branding and workforce planning, thereby ensuring the organization attracts, develops and retains the right talent to support its growth and project delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for all business functions and levels, from leadership hiring to bulk site-level recruitment.
- Manage sourcing across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and optimize portal ROI, database mining and consultant channels for faster, cost-effective hiring.
- Own the HRMS platform end-to-end employee data management, workflow configuration, system upgrades and user adoption across the organization.
- Oversee payroll management in coordination with Finance, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and resolution of payroll queries.




- Design and implement talent management frameworks covering performance management, succession planning and career development.
- Partner with business and functional heads to build annual manpower plans aligned to project pipelines and organizational growth.
- Build and manage a solid employer brand to attract top talent within the real estate and infrastructure sector.
- Drive competency mapping, talent reviews and identification of high-potential employees across the organization.
- Oversee onboarding, induction and early engagement programs to strengthen new-hire retention.
- Design and roll out learning & development interventions in coordination with the L&D; function.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor empanelment and cost-per-hire optimization.
- Establish talent analytics and dashboards through HRMS to track hiring efficiency, attrition trends, payroll accuracy and workforce planning.
