- Purpose of the position -
- This role is meant to drive the digital and brand building initiatives in Aggregate Business, while supporting the GTME through identification and execution of channel partnerships across sales and services.

Job Responsibility• Lead PMO initiative for Aggregate Business and ensure on track status for identified initiatives and their enablers with support from respective initiative owners
•Ensure a detailed Digital strategy including but not limited to ERP implementation is prepared and executed for the entire value chain across all sub businesses under Aggregate Business
Creation of analytics dashboards to help business decisions related to revenue offtake, working capital and receivables management, product pricing decisions and others
•Coordinate with Marketing function to prepared a detailed Aggregate Business specific marketing strategy and work along with Business Heads to ensure the execution of marketing calendar while ensuring strict adherence to budgets
•Network management for both sales and service channels,



including credit control and financing options .

Respective Functional Head of NVB Business - Update and seek support to drive implement digital and network development strategy align with Business Objectives
Multiple teams within Spare parts and Aggregate function - Drive Training & Development for spare parts & aggregate function

Business Finance - For Budget and Profitability related interventions
Marketing Function - To seek subject matter support on implement Digital and other marketing initiatives.

GOEMs/Channel Partners/ Dealers/ Customers - To assess existing Channel partners and on-board current channel partners

Desired Candidate Profile
- BE , preference MBA in Marketing.
Relevant Experience :
7-10 years
Experience in automobile/HEMM industry, relationship management, and training
