Technical Trainer – PLC / PCB / Automation

Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–1 Years / Freshers
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Language: Tamil – Mandatory

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training on PLC, PCB, and Industrial Automation.
- Train students on PLC programming, Ladder Logic, HMI, SCADA, sensors, motors, drives, and control systems.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions using automation hardware and training kits.
- Explain electrical/electronic circuits and control-panel wiring.
- Provide basic training on PCB design, circuit analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in mini-projects and industry-oriented projects.




- Conduct assessments and monitor student performance.
- Resolve technical doubts and provide project guidance.

Required Skills:
- Basic/strong knowledge of PLC and Industrial Automation.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Basic PCB and electronics knowledge.
- Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley PLC knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
