The Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and business
development across strategic solution portfolios, with a key focus on MEP/
Installation Systems, FireStop, Faade Systems and Structural Retrofitting

The role will act as the link between Market, Customers, Sales, Engineering and
Global Product Management, translating market needs into product strategies, sales
opportunities and business growth.

The objective is to strengthen existing businesses, accelerate adoption of products
and solutions, develop new applications and identify the next growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Portfolio Management
• Develop and execute product strategies to achieve sales and market growth.
• Manage the product lifecycle including portfolio development, recent product
introduction and rationalization.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, pricing recommendations and
go-to-market plans.
• Identify portfolio gaps and recommend relevant products, technologies and
solutions for the Indian market.




• Work with fischer global teams for product development and introduction.
2. Sales Growth & Business Development
• Work closely with Sales to identify customers, applications, projects and
segments with high growth potential.
• Develop business plans for MEP, FireStop, Faade Systems and Structural
Retrofitting.
• Support key customer and project opportunities with product expertise and
application solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product penetration, cross-selling and conversion
from conventional solutions to fischer solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
3. Sales Enablement
• Act as the product and application expert for the Sales organization.
• Develop sales tools, product presentations, application guides and
competitive positioning.
• Conduct product and application training for Sales, dealers and customers.
• Support Sales in important customer meetings and strategic projects.
