HR Recruiter – Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher (0–6 Months)

Qualification: HSC or Any Graduate

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews.

* Conduct initial HR interviews.

* Issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding.

* Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.

* Follow up with candidates until joining.

* Conduct client calling to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment services.

Skills Required

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).

* Valuable organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
