Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our Fixed Income Operations team, with a primary focus on Investor KYC and onboarding. The candidate will manage end-to-end KYC processes for investors participating in bond and NCD transactions, ensure accurate documentation, and support smooth trade execution and settlements. The role offers strong exposure to fixed-income operations, regulatory compliance, and back-office controls.
- Investor KYC & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end KYC verification for investors participating in bond trades, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Investor Calls & Follow-ups Important: The candidate will be required to directly call investors for KYC verification, clarification of discrepancies, collection of pending documents, and regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential for this role.
- Document Review: Review and authenticate identity, address, PAN, bank details, and supporting documents,



ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of gaps.
- Client Interaction & Issue Resolution: Communicate with investors through calls, emails, and follow-ups to clarify KYC discrepancies, explain documentation requirements, and coordinate resolutions to ensure timely onboarding.
- Record Management: Maintain and update investor KYC records, monitor pending documentation, and ensure seamless, audit-ready documentation in internal systems.
- Ad-hoc Support: Support data analysis, special assignments, and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing accuracy, operational efficiency, and turnaround time.

Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Skills
- Positive knowledge of finance, fixed-income products, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and investor onboarding processes.
