Key Responsibilities
- Develop native language content based on audience insights, festivals, culture, and business goals.
- Language : Hindi / Bengali / Gujarati / Malayalam / Kannada / Odiya /Telugu / English.
- Research and ensure accurate, respectful representation of Hindu rituals, temples, deities, and traditions.
- Write Hindi scripts, captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs, festival content, and ad copy.
- Own content end-to-end: Ideation Research Copy Brief Production QA Delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, Marketing, and Acquisition teams.
- Ensure Hindi quality, cultural sensitivity, brand consistency, and message accuracy.
- Create both organic and conversion-focused paid content to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Adapt campaigns into natural, culturally relevant Hindi content rather than literal translations.



Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in digital marketing, social media or advertising

• Experience writing Reels/Shorts scripts

• Experience with performance marketing creatives

• Understanding of customer personas and consumer psychology

• Experience with devotional, spiritual, cultural or religious content

• Familiarity with Hindu festivals, mythology, temples and traditions

• Experience working with multilingual content teams

• Basic understanding of Meta, YouTube and other social platforms

• Working knowledge of AI tools for research, ideation and content workflows

• Male Is preferred
