Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage digital marketing activities across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team while driving leads, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve marketing and lead-generation targets.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads for UG/PG courses and other education programs.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversions, ROI, and overall marketing KPIs.
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns based on performance data.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting,



competitor analysis, and market research.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams for ad creatives, landing pages, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Track website traffic, lead sources, campaign performance, and user engagement using analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Identify recent digital marketing opportunities and experiment with new channels, campaigns, and strategies.
- Train, guide, and monitor team members to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within timelines and allocated budgets.

Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or a relevant field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in EdTech, Education, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics.
