Who We Need?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Contractor Onboarding & Compliance Specialist
to manage end-to-end onboarding coordination for contractors and ensure timely completion of documentation, background checks, drug testing, audit requirements,



and compliance activities.

The role will work closely with contractors, internal teams, clients, background verification vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records and meeting client-specific requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and share onboarding documentation kits with contractors based on client and organizational requirements.
- Initiate and coordinate
Background Checks (BGC)
and
Drug Testing (DT)
in accordance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors to collect required documentation and liaise with BGC vendors to obtain and track reports.
- Manage timely and skilled communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
- Respond to client audits by providing requested documentation and information within specified timelines.
