Key Responsibilities:
Research and develop novel quantum / hybrid quantum‐classical algorithms (e.g., error mitigation, noise resilience, optimization, simulation).

Engage with academic institutions: joint projects, publications, student supervision, workshops.

Identify, evaluate,



and establish partnerships with niche quantum startups and technology providers.

Publish in top conferences / journals; represent the organisation in forums, conferences, standards bodies.

Assist product / engineering teams in translating research insights into prototypes / proof-of-concepts.

Maintain awareness of latest scientific developments, benchmark emerging hardware, simulate algorithm performance.

Identify, define and validate quantum use cases in your domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, supply chain) with ROI, feasibility, scalability.

Deep dive: analyze customer data, constraints, business process pain points; map them to quantum / hybrid quantum-classical solutions.

Lead presales: craft proposals, solution architectures, cost/benefit models; respond to RFPs; differentiate quantum offerings.

Prepare and deliver demos & prototypes at the innovation center to showcase capabilities to clients / prospects.
