Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MERN Stack technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services as required.
- Build, modify, and maintain business-tier components, web applications, and database objects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in application design and development activities.
- Create prototypes to validate solution approaches and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Transform high-level designs into low-level designs and implement robust solutions.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with Team Leads to clarify requirements, estimate efforts,



and plan project deliverables.
- Act as an Independent Contributor and provide support for technical reviews, impact assessments, and enhancement initiatives.
- Translate client business requirements into effective IT solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MERN Stack, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar backend databases.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.
- Valuable understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and scalability considerations.
- Knowledge of Scrum Framework and ITIL processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
