Windchill Development Project Manager

Role Summary:
Looking for a Windchill Development Project Manager with strong experience in managing Windchill development, customization, implementation and integration projects. The role will lead development teams and own delivery, timelines, quality and client coordination. This aligns with current Windchill roles that combine project leadership with solution design, customization, development, testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Windchill development and implementation projects.
- Lead Windchill developers, technical leads, architects and QA teams.
- Manage planning, estimation, resource allocation, schedules, risks and delivery.
- Oversee Windchill customization, configuration, workflows, OIR, Type & Attribute management and integrations.




- Coordinate Windchill integration with SAP/ERP, CAD/Creo and other enterprise systems.
- Review technical designs, development progress, testing and deployment.
- Handle client communication, status reporting and issue escalation.
- Ensure projects meet scope, quality, timeline and budget targets.

Must Have:
- 916 years of IT/PLM experience.
- Robust PTC Windchill development background.
- Experience managing Windchill development/customization teams.
- Good knowledge of Java/J2EE, Windchill APIs, workflows, OIR, BOM and Change Management.
- Experience in Windchill implementation, upgrade or integration projects.
- Strong project/team and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile/Scrum project experience preferred.
