Customer Care Executive – North Hindi + EnglishJob Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be originally from North India and have strong communication skills in North Indian Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi and English based on their requirements.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a skilled and positive relationship with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of experience in customer care, BPO, customer support, telecalling, or a voice process.
- Hindi: Excellent communication skills in North Indian Hindi.
- English: Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Candidate should be originally from North India.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are not eligible.
