Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident sales & marketing intern primarily responsible for cold calling prospective business customers and regular follow-ups.

This is a good opportunity for candidates who want practical experience in B2B sales, telecalling, customer communication and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective business customers from the database provided by the company.
- Introduce Yojna Technosoft and its services in a clear and professional manner.
- Identify interested prospects and understand their basic requirements.




- Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments or online meetings for the senior sales team.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals already shared with customers.
- Maintain daily records of calls, responses and follow-up dates.
- Update lead status accurately in Excel/CRM.
- Reconnect with old/inactive leads when required.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the senior sales team for qualified opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA/BBA student or fresher.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with current people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Ability to communicate professionally with business customers.
