- Align campaign plans with client objectives, audience insights, and creative direction.
- Plan
budget allocation
and bid strategies for maximum ROI across platforms.

Execution & Optimization
- Launch and manage campaigns across
all ad formats
including image, video, carousel, instant experience, branded content, AR lenses, stories, and shoppable ads.
- Build
multi-layer audience targeting
strategies (custom, lookalike, interest-based, behavioral, demographic).
- Continuously optimize campaigns for key KPIs including
ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, engagement rate, and conversion rate
.
- Leverage
GTM & GA4
to ensure accurate cross-channel attribution and event tracking.

Creative Expertise
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce
platform-native, high-impact creatives
.
- A/B test creative variations to improve performance at every funnel stage.
- Provide
data-backed creative recommendations




based on audience engagement and conversion metrics.

Scaling & Innovation
- Identify and execute scaling opportunities through lookalike audiences, high-performing ad sets, and retargeting flows.
- Test emerging ad formats, placement types, and algorithm updates to stay ahead of competitors.
- Develop
repeatable frameworks
for campaign scaling and creative iteration.

Analytics & Reporting
- Build and present
detailed performance reports
with actionable insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
- Monitor competitive trends and apply learnings proactively.

What We’re Looking For
