As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer

experience, driving store sales, promoting Cult products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store

operations. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable

products, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Encourage product trials and support purchase decisions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and inventory activities.




- Resolve customer queries and escalate complaints when required.
- Ensure stock availability and proper back-store organization.
- Support store operations and maintain safety standards.

Eligibility
