The PaloAlto SDWAN Specialist is a key role in our telecom sector, based in Mumbai, focused on ensuring the successful deployment and management of Palo Alto's Prisma SDWAN solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of complex network environments and the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Description
- Palo Alto Networks Certified SD-WAN Engineer certification is mandatory.
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, SASE, and security technologies, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Proven expertise in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, and WAN technologies including MPLS, L3 VPNs, and IPSec.
- Hands-on experience in the architecture, design, deployment, and operation of Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN solutions, including Greenfield and Brownfield deployments.
- Experience with Prisma SD-WAN Controllers, ION Devices, and CloudBlades, as well as integration with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Robust troubleshooting skills across overlay and underlay networks, with experience in PoC,



pilot deployments, and production rollouts.
- Proficiency in automation using scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, and tools like Postman.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical and solution expert for Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN deployments, ensuring adherence to customer-specific requirements.
- Plan, transition, and oversee the deployment and support of SDWAN products, focusing on greenfield and organic growth.
- Prepare detailed site requirements, high-level and low-level design documents, and acceptance test plans for all projects.
- Lead all project activities from planning to execution, including handover-takeover (HOTO), ensuring successful delivery of SDWAN solutions.
- Coordinate with SDWAN vendors, partners, and service providers to facilitate seamless integration and support.
